General Programme Information - This 4 day course will focus on the application of theory into practice to achieve effect perfomance and establish effective management working practice in achieving organisational objectives.
Qualification Awarded - This programme is accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management (InstLM) and therefore there is an element of assessment, giving you an opportunity to reflect on what changes you may make as a result of the programme.
